- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Thread the kielbasa pieces, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with the balsamic honey glaze.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is heated through.
- Serve hot, with extra glaze if desired.
Notes
For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
