Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Thread the kielbasa pieces, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
  4. Brush the skewers with the balsamic honey glaze.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is heated through.
  6. Serve hot, with extra glaze if desired.

Notes

For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
