- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add finely chopped onions or herbs to the mixture. Ensure turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
