Description

A healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional beef burgers, made with lean ground turkey and simple seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, add finely chopped onions or herbs to the mixture. Ensure turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
