- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken breasts with barbecue sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
- Lay out four sheets of heavy-duty foil.
- On each foil sheet, place a chicken breast and top with pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and onion slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the foil around the ingredients to create sealed packets.
- Grill packets for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Carefully open packets and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the barbecue sauce mixture.
