Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. Step 2: Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Step 3: Stir to combine and cover the crockpot.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water and add in the last 30 minutes.
