Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, diced celery, and chopped red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled on lettuce leaves or as a sandwich filling.

Notes

For a lower-carb option, use all Greek yogurt and skip the mayonnaise. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
