Description

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of angel food cake, pudding, and fruit for a heavenly treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared angel food cake
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Tear the angel food cake into bite-sized pieces and place in a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  3. Layer the pudding over the cake pieces, then add the drained pineapple.
  4. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

This cake is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
