Description

A decadent dessert combining the creamy layers of Boston cream pie with rich cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup prepared vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Pour half the cheesecake batter into the pan; spread vanilla pudding over it, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
  7. Spread chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smooth batter. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
