A decadent dessert combining the creamy layers of Boston cream pie with rich cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup prepared vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour half the cheesecake batter into the pan; spread vanilla pudding over it, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
- Spread chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smooth batter. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
