A rich and creamy fudge that combines the flavors of caramel and coffee for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a boil.
  3. Add the unsalted butter and instant coffee granules, continuing to stir until fully melted and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and caramel sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool for 2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
