- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Add the unsalted butter and instant coffee granules, continuing to stir until fully melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and caramel sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
