Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the crust ingredients until crumbly, then press into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- While the crust bakes, whisk together the filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the hot crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
