Description

Tender chicken pieces coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken tenderloins with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables.
