- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken tenderloins with the honey mustard mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables.
