  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, black pepper, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Pour the honey pepper sauce over the chicken and stir until coated; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk; stir over low heat until creamy.
  6. Add the honey pepper chicken to the mac and cheese mixture; stir well to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra black pepper if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to avoid food safety issues.
