- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough; chill for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- Roll dough into balls, coat in powdered sugar, and place on sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crinkled; cool on wire rack.
