Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough, flatten slightly, and add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
