- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
