Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
