- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 6-inch circle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the dough circles with olive oil and top with slices of Brie, dividing evenly.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted walnuts over the Brie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve warm.
