A homemade version of the popular fast-food item, featuring a crispy tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, all wrapped and grilled to perfection.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain the fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir in water as per packet instructions; simmer until thickened.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat and add a scoop of seasoned beef in the center.
- Layer with nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a hexagonal shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the crunchwrap seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans or plant-based meat.
