Description

A homemade version of the popular fast-food item, featuring a crispy tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, all wrapped and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain the fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir in water as per packet instructions; simmer until thickened.
  3. Lay a large flour tortilla flat and add a scoop of seasoned beef in the center.
  4. Layer with nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a hexagonal shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the crunchwrap seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans or plant-based meat.
