Description

A creamy dessert delight made with layers of graham crackers and vanilla pudding, chilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. In a 9×13 inch pan, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers and spread the chocolate frosting over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. Ensure the cake is fully chilled for the best texture.
