Description

These no-bake mini banana cream pies are a simple and delicious dessert, featuring layers of creamy banana pudding, fresh bananas, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for quick treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Optional: Additional banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. Layer sliced bananas over the crust in the pie tins.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  6. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
