- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
