These cookies are a decadent treat combining double chocolate goodness with gooey marshmallows, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set. Let cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For an extra gooey texture, press additional marshmallows on top before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
