A delightful cheesecake featuring fresh orchard fruits blended into a creamy base.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh apples, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pears, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (mixed)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Fold in chopped apples, pears, berries, and flour until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe, in-season orchard fruits. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
