- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh apples, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh pears, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (mixed)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in chopped apples, pears, berries, and flour until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe, in-season orchard fruits. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
