Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (8-ounce) ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Toss the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the tomatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
