Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add the oats, flaxseed, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey; if too wet, add more oats.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
