- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the pear slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese and walnuts on top.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a sweeter version, add more honey or include some arugula for a peppery contrast.
