Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the flatbread dough on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Arrange the pear slices evenly over the dough.
