Description

A flavorful stir-fry featuring chicken and mushrooms with a peppery kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and black pepper.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and serve hot.
