- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
- Brush with barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
