Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
  5. Brush with barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with grilled vegetables.
