- 1 pound kielbasa sausage
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick rounds and make hasselback cuts without slicing all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard to make a glaze.
- Place pineapple chunks between the slices of each kielbasa round.
- Brush the glaze over the kielbasa bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and heated through.
- Serve with toothpicks.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the glaze. Ensure kielbasa is fully cooked before serving.
