Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the canned pumpkin puree and banana.
  2. Add the vanilla protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
