- 1 pound ground sausage
- 3 cups Bisquick mix
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, onion, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months. Thaw and bake as needed.
