Description

Delicious and easy sausage balls made with Bisquick, perfect for quick appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 3 cups Bisquick mix
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, onion, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months. Thaw and bake as needed.
