A quick and delicious appetizer featuring creamy crab filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, ready in under 30 minutes.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup crab meat, flaked
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end to the tip, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
