Description

A quick and delicious appetizer featuring creamy crab filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 cup crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end to the tip, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
