Description

A quick and delicious sandwich featuring crispy chicken drizzled with hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge in flour again.
  3. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Drizzle the fried chicken with hot honey.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the chicken on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.

Notes

For extra spice, add more hot honey to taste. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
