- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 4 brioche buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge in flour again.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drizzle the fried chicken with hot honey.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the chicken on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
Notes
For extra spice, add more hot honey to taste. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
