- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 package chocolate cookies, crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate cookies and press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over the cookie base.
- Layer fresh raspberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare chocolate pudding with milk as per package instructions and spread over the raspberries.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
