Description

A delightful layered dessert combining raspberries and chocolate for a blissful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 package chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate cookies and press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over the cookie base.
  3. Layer fresh raspberries over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare chocolate pudding with milk as per package instructions and spread over the raspberries.
  5. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle chocolate shavings.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe raspberries and chill thoroughly.
