Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries, rose water, and chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
Notes
For a stronger rose flavor, increase rose water to 3 tablespoons; store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
