Instructions

  2. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add granulated sugar gradually until stiff peaks form.

  4. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 150Β°C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. For frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
