- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
- Hot honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush with olive oil and toast for 5 minutes until golden.
- Top each crostini with a slice of brie. Place halved cherries on top of the brie, then scatter dark chocolate over the cherries.
- Return to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes until the brie is melted and the cherries are softened.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and drizzle generously with hot honey. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make your own hot honey, combine 1/2 cup honey with 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes and warm gently. Store in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
