Description

This flatbread features roasted pears, tart cranberries, and creamy brie cheese for a perfect appetizer or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large naan or flatbread
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Toss the sliced pears with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast on a baking sheet for 15 minutes until tender.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and layer with roasted pears, cranberries, and brie slices.
