This elegant dessert combines warm roasted pears with creamy whipped ricotta, crunchy pistachios, and a floral honey drizzle.

- 4 ripe but firm Bosc pears
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Halve pears lengthwise and core.
- Melt butter with honey and vanilla. Toss pears in mixture.
- Arrange pears cut-side down in baking dish. Roast 25-30 min until tender.
- Meanwhile, beat ricotta, cream, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Serve pears warm with whipped ricotta, sprinkle pistachios, drizzle orange blossom honey.
Notes
Can be served warm or at room temperature.
