- 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
- Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 portions and smash them flat on the griddle.
- Cook the beef patties for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Place a tortilla on the griddle and top with a patty, cheese, and other toppings.
- Fold the tortilla and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
