Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: burger sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 portions and smash them flat on the griddle.
  3. Cook the beef patties for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Place a tortilla on the griddle and top with a patty, cheese, and other toppings.
  5. Fold the tortilla and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
