Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the kielbasa slices with the sauce mixture.
  4. Grill the kielbasa for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with more sauce.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, use hickory wood chips on the grill. Serve with coleslaw or potatoes.
