- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 2 cups mint chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract, mint extract, and eggs one at a time.
- Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just blended.
- Fold in the mint chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra gooeyness, underbake the cookies by 1-2 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
