  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and flour.
  3. Stir in evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
