Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and flour.
- Stir in evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
