- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through, then let rest and slice.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble wraps by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream, and salsa in each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the filling.
