Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through, then let rest and slice.
  4. Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream, and salsa in each tortilla.
  6. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the filling.
