Description
Deviled eggs with a spicy twist using chili and garlic to add an exciting kick.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives and chill before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add more chili garlic sauce.
