Description

Deviled eggs with a spicy twist using chili and garlic to add an exciting kick.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and mustard.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives and chill before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili garlic sauce.
