Description

Tender chicken breasts stuffed with fresh spinach and melted mozzarella, creating a flavorful and juicy dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, minced garlic, and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some parmesan cheese to the stuffing. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
