Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a zombie head form on a baking sheet, adding details like eyes using black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow juices to settle.
Notes
For a spookier effect, use red food coloring in the ketchup for ‘blood’ drips. Serve with mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
