Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Black olives for eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a zombie head form on a baking sheet, adding details like eyes using black olives.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).

Notes
