Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen french fries
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sautΓ© until softened.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet; season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. In a separate pan, cook the french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet.
  6. Assemble the burritos by placing steak, cheese, and fries in the center of each tortilla.
  7. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes
