Description

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness; remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss with the sauce to coat evenly.
  6. Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
