- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss with the sauce to coat evenly.
- Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
