Ingredients
Scale
- 1 piece of naan or flatbread
- 1 ball of burrata cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the burrata is warm and slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and fresh basil leaves. Season with flaky salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use gluten-free flatbread if needed. For a milder flavor, skip the red pepper flakes.
