Thin crepes filled with a luscious strawberry cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce, perfect for a decadent breakfast or dessert.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Spoon the strawberry cream mixture onto each crepe and roll up.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute milk and cream with plant-based alternatives and use dairy-free chocolate.
