Strawberry Cream Chocolate Crepes

Description

Thin crepes filled with a luscious strawberry cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce, perfect for a decadent breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in sliced strawberries.
  4. Spoon the strawberry cream mixture onto each crepe and roll up.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute milk and cream with plant-based alternatives and use dairy-free chocolate.
